Shrink rate is the maximum possible speed the circle shrinks — a full hard shift touching the edge of the previous circle. If the next circle is concentric, the speed on all sides will be the displayed shrink rate divided by 2.

Standing sprint speed is approximately 6m/s (depending on weapon carried.)

Spread ratio affects the tendency the next circle has to be concentric. A spread ratio of 10, for example, means the circle always shares the center of the previous one.
